Richard MacWilliams
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Dick is a veteran of both the broker dealer community and the information services industry. In addition to his role with the company, he is the Chairman of BoardEx LLC. He was previously Executive Vice President for Bridge Information Systems where he headed worldwide sales and marketing. Dick joined Bridge in 1995 as a result of Bridge's acquisition of EJV Partners, where he served as President and CEO. Before his involvement in the information technology sector, Dick was Executive Vice President and Trading Manager for Drexel Burnham Government Securities. He held a similar post at DLJ and served as President and CEO of ACLI Commodity Services, a worldwide commodity trading company acquired by DLJ. Dick is a graduate and former trustee of Bucknell University.

Michael Fairweather, C.P.A.
Chief Operating Officer

Michael has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry and has been with Intelligent Markets for over 9 years serving several different roles. Prior to joining Intelligent Markets he was with Arthur Anderson working in their Hedge Fund Advisory Group and their Derivatives and Treasury Risk Management Practice. Michael has a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University in finance and accounting and is a certified project management professional and a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Tao Alter
Vice President

Tao has been at Intelligent Markets for over 7 years. He has a master's degree and a Ph. D. in computer science from MIT. He also has a bachelor's degree from Columbia University, where he graduated Salutatorian and won the Computer Science award. Subsequent to receiving his Ph.D., Tao did postdoctoral research in Artificial Intelligence at MIT and the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel. Prior to joining Intelligent Markets, Tao was a research consultant at the NEC Research Institute in Princeton, NJ.
